Advance Lifts, Inc: Drum crushers

A new line of drum crushers and in-drum compactors from Advance Lifts makes recycling steel drums more economical.

After setting a steel drum into the compaction compartment, the operator pushes a button and the drum is compressed to a 4” steel slug for recycling. Drum crusher has a 7½ HP motor that operates a 6” hydraulic cylinder with a 30-ton compaction force. By changing out the plate of the drum crusher, it can also be used as an in-drum compactor.
