Found in Food Mart (akin to a 7-Eleven in the U.S.) in Tokyo, Japan, Tokyo-based Key Coffee Inc.’s individual coffee brew “Drip On” variety pack brings consumer interaction to a convenient, “brew-it-yourself,” cup-top format. Users open and unfold the individual pack and place atop a coffee cup before pouring boiling water through the self-contained pack of coffee. Priced at 498¥/USD $6 for a 10-count masterpack of two brew-packs, each with five flavor varieties, this innovative pack substitutes for a Keurig for on-the-go consumers.
