CD/DVD labeling application video

CD/DVD labeling systems are typically designed to apply browser, spine, security and spot labels to CD and DVD cases. New application video from CTM Labeling.

This video depicts the infeed hopper containing the CD’s feeding the conveyor. The product is positioned on its side so the barcode on the product can be read. The product continues to the labeling printer applicator applying the variable data label. If the scanner received a “bad read” it will not apply the label and cause the product to be ejected from the conveyor. Once the product is labeled it travels to the exit end of the conveyor for customer takeaway.
