Maximum filling of 24,000 ampoules per hour

Marchesini highlights in a new video the innovative design and operation of its model RSF 12-18-24 ampoule filling and sealing machine. The machine achieves maximum output of 24,000 ampoules per hour. Ampoule sizes range up to 22.5 millimeters.

Standard features include automatic loading, dosage adjustment with a centralized and individual micrometric control, no ampoule/no filling, stainless steel rotary piston pumps, sealing station, gas and oxygen safety valves, flame ignition control, and automatic discharge.
