PLITEK® has announced the release of the new PLI-VALV® E-Series valve applicator system which has been engineered specifically for in-line application of PLI-VALV® oil-free one-way degassing valves and vents to product packaging. The system is affordable, easy to install and operate.
The innovative technology is composed of a base unit which mounts outside of the packaging line, and the applicator head which is rail mounted inside the packaging line. Both components are designed to allow for easy access while minimizing footprint. E-Series syncs coherently with the packaging line to efficiently and accurately punch a vent hole and apply valves to packaging film in a seamless process.
The equipment design innovation will help coffee roasters protect and preserve the quality of their roast while improving efficiency, decreasing scrap, and reducing clean-up efforts.
The E-Series installed on General Packaging Equipment Entrada model will be displayed at PACK EXPO in Las Vegas booth C-4140.
