Crest Foam Industries: Aerosol can

An aerosol can designed for packaging pressurized fuels such as propane has been introduced by Crest Foam Industries (Moonachie, NJ). The SafeCrest™ explosion-suppressant foam inside the can combined with a pressure-relief can bottom prevents the can from becoming a dangerous projectile when the pressure-relief system opens due to overheating.

Can be used for many consumer products such as portable torches, lanterns, and stoves. Cans are lighter and smaller than standard propane cylinders currently in use, company says.
