Elastic Staple™ from Avery Dennison (Fitchburg, MA) employs an adjustable double-needle applicator to accommodate various pitches and products, a high capacity reel of fasteners and a brush anvil.

When the system is actuated, the applicator applies an elastic staple around a product, such as tools, toys, and housewares, and secures it to the board or paper packaging in less than a second. Available in ¾”, 13/16”, 1¾” and 2½” sizes.
