Because the Cryovac EZPak package can run on existing equipment,
processors currently using MAP tray/lid equipment will not need to make
any additional equipment investment. The package seals through
contamination, and its hermetic seal eliminates any potential for
leaks. The package opens easily by simply pulling the film away from
the tray.
