The E700 will be able to operate with any programming originally developed for the E500. Features include an improved speed range of 200% motor torque available at 0.5 Hz, greater interoperability through sharing full range of communications options with bigger F700 and A700 drives, simple interface, remote operation, easy “bookshelf” mounting, and removable control terminals. The self-contained unit has a built-in keypad and display, yet still supports standard panel-mounting keypads. Drive is RoHS-compliant and is said to provide high accuracy with minimal maintenance.
