This assembly eliminates several parts used in previous designs, such as timing belt and ball-screw break. Fewer parts yield a more robust and less maintenance-reliant assembly, allowing reduced downtime. Direct drive assembly also offers flexibility in fine tuning for specific requirements of torque or speed. Handles payloads to 4,000 lb and speeds to 60”/sec.
