Product loading is done on a 30º incline for gentle product handling, and product may be manually or automatically loaded. Poucher comes equipped with a single automatic bar sealing system, though a second may be integrated to achieve high production rates. System may also include an emboss code system and MAP or CAP via a diving snorkel system. PLC-controlled system includes self diagnostics, calibration firmware, and alarm limit checks.
