Spee-Dee expands management team

Rebecca Fowler joined Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery as Director of Mechanical Engineering and Ian Toro was promoted to Customer Service Manager.

Both will report to Dave Navin, President and CEO.

Fowler will lead the company’s mechanical and application engineering across Spee-Dee’s entire product offering. Fowler was most recently a Mechanical Engineering Manager with Avidity Science, LLC (formerly Edstrom Industries) where she managed all engineering activities, reduced response time and increased efficiencies in the Mechanical and Electrical divisions. Previously, she was Engineering Manager for The Comfort Company, and Senior Design Engineer for Henning inc.

Toro has been with Spee-Dee since 2015, and will manage all service technicians, field service operations and customer support as Customer Service Manager. He was most recently a Field Service Install and Repair Technician where he led customer installations, including repair and retrofit operations. Previously, Toro was a Mechanical and Electrical Assembler.
