Ilapak Cartoning Systems moving to larger facility

Ilapak Cartoning Systems (ICS) is relocating the carton machinery production to their other North American facility, Delta Systems & Automation, Inc. based in Rogers, AK.

This move was prompted by the limited space of 17,000 sq. ft. at their facility in NC and that the majority of systems supplied were linked to a Delta or Ilapak packaging system. With this move, cartoning equipment will be manufactured in their Rogers facility with more than 65,000 sq. ft.

In addition, this move will allow the Ilapak Group to fulfill its commitments to customers and will result in reduced lead times and costs. Also, all customers will benefit from cross training of Ilapak Group technicians to enhance customer service for Ilapak cartoning, Delta and Ilapak.

This consolidation allows further development of Ilapak’s commitment to supply complete packaging systems utilizing Ilapak Group products and, where necessary, third party manufacturing to supply complete systems.

The company’s customer-focused solutions can include case packing, inspection, palletizing, etc., all with turn-key capability.
