Machine produces up to 2700 trays/hour. PLC-controlled machine forms 600mmx400mm (24”x16”), 400mmx300mm (16”x12”), and 500mmx400mm (20”x16”) footprint sized trays. All 3 sizes can have various depths. Trays are designed to facilitate handling, storage, and shipment of fresh produce and other products. Mixed pallets are also possible with common footprint tray designs.
