With this application system, it is possible to reduce energy consumption by around 30 % compared to similar systems.
The Vision melter keeps the adhesive viscosity constant and ensures a stable adhesive pressure. With the Smart Terminal—a new type of LED status display on the melter—the operating personnel can see even from a distance whether the gluing process is running smoothly or, for example, whether adhesive needs to be refilled. Vision is certified by MET and therefore complies with the relevant safety standards in the industry.
