ALPHA – THE POWERFUL ALL-ROUNDER AMONG MELTERS
The Robatech ALPHA melter combines high performance with a compact footprint. With melting rates up to 12.5 kg/h and small tank sizes, it fits easily into existing setups while reducing energy use and downtime. VOLTA HOT MELT JETTING HEAD FOR HIGH PROCESS RELIABILITY
The Volta electric jetting head applies hot melt beads or dots with exceptional reliability and efficiency. Running without compressed air, it cuts maintenance needs and lowers energy use by up to 60 %. With a lifespan of around 2 billion cycles and high switching speed, it ensures precise, consistent application while enabling adhesive savings through stitching.
