At PACK EXPO International 2024 in Chicago from November 3-6, 2024, Robatech is presenting themselves with a new image campaign as Gluing Heroes. New and exciting: Visitors can experience the PerfectFold liquid creaser live at PACK EXPO International. The system is as brilliant as it is simple. A proven application head applies a special creaser liquid to the fold lines of corrugated cartons so that the blanks can be folded precisely and with little effort. Cracking of the cardboard, irregular gaps and fishtailing will be history – corrugated cartons creased with PerfectFold provide exact internal dimensions so that inserts can be fitted into folding cartons without any problems.
Proven solutions: First and foremost, application systems for various requirements will be on display: The well-known Vision melter for high-precision gluing, and the new Easy melter for basic applications with low adhesive consumption are just two examples. Many application heads are on display. In addition, Robatech will also be exhibiting their 360° Gluing solution with a cobot from Kuka. And not to forget: the solution for pallet stabilization that helps reduce the use of plastic film in palletizing.
