Robatech's PerfectFold liquid creaser applies a creaser liquid to the fold lines of a corrugated board so that the blanks can be folded precisely and with little effort.

Cracking of the cardboard, irregular gaps and fishtailing are now history. Corrugated cartons creased with PerfectFold provide exact internal dimensions so that inserts can be fitted into folding cartons without any problems.

Robatech uses the proven Sempre 30 application heads to apply the liquid. The SpeedUp creaser liquid, which leaves no marks on the corrugated cardboard, was specially developed for PerfectFold.

Robatech will present the system at drupa in Düsseldorf along with the two electrical application heads Vivo 18 and Presto. The space-saving Vivo 18 hot melt coating head is characterized by its even, precise adhesive application, which can be used to flexibly apply silicone release liners or tear strips to e-commerce shipping packaging. The Presto cold glue coating head stands for a high-quality coating application with a precise start and exact tear-off. Ideal for applications such as neatly gluing window envelopes or paper carrier bags.
