JBT Chairman, President, and CEO to Take Medical Leave of Absence

Interim leadership has been appointed to serve during Tom Giacomini’s absence.

JBT Corporation Chairman, President, and CEO Tom Giacomini is taking a personal leave of absence for medical reasons, effective immediately. The company board of directors has appointed Brian Deck, executive vice president and chief financial officer, as interim CEO. He also will continue serving as CFO. Alan Feldman, a member of the JBT board, has been named interim non-executive chairman.
