Veritiv Corp. completes its acquisition of All American Containers.

Combi Packaging Systems LLC, a joint venture of 3M, became the official provider of replacement parts for 3M-Matic case sealers and spare parts for industrial Scotch and Tartan-branded tape dispensers. Also, the CSPD Division, Case Sealer Parts Dept., was formed to maintain and improve service to customers while providing a single location for replacement parts, training, and stocked equipment.

Hammer Packaging installed a second Mark Andy P7 flexo press, which adds redundancy to its portfolio of technology.

Simplimatic Automation relaunched its website,

Marlen International, Inc., a subsidiary of Duravant LLC, acquired Unitherm Food Systems.

Tekni-Plex began production at its new state-of-the-art, 140,000 sq-ft manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China.

Banner Engineering broke ground on a new research and development building at its headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.

Scott Lister was appointed Regional Sales Manager for Texas and Louisiana for Dorner Mfg. Corp.

Jimmy Zhan was appointed Sales Director for the China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong regions for Domino Digital Printing Solutions.

David Phillipes was hired as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Rondo-Pak.

Doug Burnside was appointed Vice President of North American Sales and Marketing for Yaskawa Motoman.
