Frain Industries released results from its “Commitment to Sustainability” initiative for the full year 2015.

Mettler Toledo Product Inspection Div. will build a state-of-the-art facility to accommodate the growth of its business throughout the Americas. The new facility is expected to be completed in late 2017.

Duravant acquired Arpac thus expanding its secondary packaging equipment and integration capabilities.

Huhtamaki agreed to purchase a manufacturing facility in Goodyear, AZ, to set up a new manufacturing and distribution unit to serve the Southwest and West Coast foodservice markets.

Massman Automation Designs, LLC acquired EDL Packaging Engineers, Inc.

WeighPack Systems Inc. moved into its state-of-the-art, 70,000-sq-ft headquarters and manufacturing facility.

Berlin Packaging entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Italy-based Bruni Glass.

Klöckner Pentaplast completed its acquisition of Turkey-based Farmamak.

TricorBraun announced an extensive European expansion via its subsidiary in the U.K. As a reflection of this expansion, the company will change the name from Packaging Design Limited to TricorBraun Limited.

Dutch-based Egeria, a private equity firm, signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Group from an affiliate of Warburg Pincus.

Amcor Flexibles added a press in Milwaukee, allowing flexographic printing, gravue coating, and slitting to occur in a single pass.
