Printpack Inc. began construction on its new Rhinelander, WI, plant with a scheduled opening in the fall of 2012.

ACHIEVEMENTS


Toray Plastics (America), Inc. announced that of all the recipients of the Environmental Council of Rhode Island’s Senator John H. Chaffe Conservation Leadership Award for 2012, it received the highest honor.


Curwood, Inc. received Tyson Foods Corp.’s 2011 Supplier of the Year Award in the packaging category.

PEOPLE

Lenze America expanded the sales responsibilities for Eric Klein, director of sales, to include overseeing all Lenze field-based customer resources, including field sales, field service, and customer program management groups. Also, Deb Kling was promoted to commercial marketing director.


Rosalia “Rocky” Buencamino was appointed marketing & communications manager for Delkor Systems.


Yamato Corp. announced the following promotions at its Dataweigh Division, Mequon, WI: Bill Pierce, vice president, sales, U.S and Canada; Mike Taylor, vice president, sales, Latin America and new business development; Bill Devlin, major account project manager; and Scott Kohlmann, service manager.


Guillaume Fauché joined Cermex Inc. as customer service manager, handling all retrofit projects in North America.
