A recent CPG study suggests that some products don't need to be green to find a customer base.

Battery-powered toothbrushes and air fresheners are just two products that don't seem to need a green focus to sell. However, seller beware. Depending on your product, you may want to know exactly what kind of green consumer is buying your product—behavior greens, think greens, potential greens, or true browns. For instance, a true brown will buy aerosol deodorant, while a behavioral green will buy roll-on.
