"Our volume has increased beyond its capacity, so platemaking was becoming something of a bottleneck," says Norm London, chief financial officer. The 3002i, he says, "is almost robotic in the way it handles processing, drying, and post-exposure. We only inspect the plate once. After that, we don't touch it until we take it off, trim it and ship it."
