Creating a clean, new look

In February, Spot Shot, a WD-40 product, got a new look thanks to an in-house design team collaborating with Marcou Design (Monroe Township, NJ).

The packaging was redesigned with a clean, modern, and dynamic look, created to increase product awareness. The 14-oz aerosol carpet stain remover has received positive response from customers, the company says. “We redesigned the can to bring a fresh look to a reliable product,” says Don Isley, group product director for WD-40 Co. “We have consistently been the leading brand in the category, and the new packaging will elevate awareness of the product’s efficacy.” Spot Shot is sold in most major grocery chains and mass retailers. —ALR
