New PET-based technology for yogurt packaging improves product quality

Klöcker Pentaplast expanded its Pentafood® film line to include Pentafood® clikPET®, a PET-based technology for yogurt packaging that can be used on major FFS lines, seals, labels and trays. The technology can extend the shelf line of yogurt products for up to 10 days and offers more flexibility to retailers and suppliers while enhancing consumer desire for fresh and natural ingredients. The package’s material properties also reduce cup breakage rates and offer sustainability benefits.
