Handle-It, Inc., a Milwaukee-based supplier of end-of-line packaging equipment and warehouse protection products, will exhibit at PACK EXPO International 2026, October 18–21 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The company will be in Booth N-5347.
On display will be the next evolution of the Handle-It 3000 Series Mobile Stretch Wrap Machine, now built with an all-steel frame. Because the battery-powered unit drives to the load rather than requiring the load to be moved to a turntable, it is well suited to food distribution centers, warehouses with limited floor space, and operations running long or multi-sized pallets. The machine wraps pallets of virtually any size or weight, features a 250% powered pre-stretch carriage that can cut film use by up to 60%, wrap up to 30 loads per hour and handles 200-250 standard pallets (40” x 48”) per charge.

Handle-It will also demonstrate its FA-125 Automatic Orbital Wrap Machine fitted with the orbital protective wrap dispenser option. Together, the two apply stretch film and 6-sided protection with either bubble, PE foam or PE sheet wrap in a single automated pass, protecting items that need to be wrapped horizontally—windows, doors, panels, frames, tubing and similar bundled products. The FA-125 runs a 49-inch wrapping ring with automatic film clamp, cut and apply, and can be integrated inline with conveyor or as a standalone. Orbital wrappers are available in multiple ring sizes to match product dimensions.
“Both machines solve problems our customers describe the same way: the load won't cooperate with a standard wrapper,” said Trisha Didion, Business Development at Handle-It. “The 3000 Series eliminates the need to move product to the pallet, while the FA-125's protective wrap delivers full 6-sided protection during bundling. PACK EXPO is the best place to see them run.”
Attendees can see both machines in operation and speak with Handle-It application specialists at PACK EXPO International 2026 Booth N-5347 throughout the show.
