Zipper was customized to seal at low temperature and pressure on the machine. The high-performance zipper profile has a special resin blend and sealant layer technology that allows it to attach at the Pouch King’s high speeds. Pouch King is a modular system that runs a wide range of flexible, heat-sealed web structures such as LDPE and OPP in thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 5 mm.
