Low-volume pouch filler/sealer for liquids

REPORTING FROM PACK EXPO: CA-based Universal Beverage & Packaging is the first North American user of Profile Packaging’s Model PSG NEO-S liquid stand-up pouch fill/seal machine.

Profile Packaging’s (Sarasota, FL) intermittent motion fill/seal system is ideally suited for pilot, laboratory or test marketing purposes. For under $10ꯠ, this model accommodates low-volume production. The machine handles pouches in sizes from 50 to 200 ml.

The machine automatically feeds and opens a pre-made, stand-up pouch, fills it with a liquid product, and top-seals the pouch. Polyester or foil laminated pouches are pre-formed with either tear-off or straw-holed openings.

Water and juices can be filled in 7 to 9 minutes, according to Profile Packaging.
