Pepsi acquires Ukraine's Sandora juice company...

The Ukranian beverage company Sandora, a leader in juice drink products, was acquired by Pepsi in August.

The purchase of Sandora could add 15 to 18 percent operating profit growth to PepsiAmericas. However, a spokesman cautioned that growth performance is subject to pricing, changes in consumer taste, raw material cost and availability, and new product and packaging offerings, among other factors.
