The new end is 41% ligther than the standard EZO steel end. The multilayer film is PET / Silocon Oxide / Ink / Adh / Nylon / Adh/ PP

This new film end also offers freight and distribution savings allowing nearly twice as many ends to be shipped per truckload. In end-strike testing, the new EZ Peel end was found to be 75% as strong as steel and stronger than flexible foil containing ends.
