FUSION was developed as a completely integrated embellishment system to drop onto any web machine. FUSION is a self-contained unwind/rewind foiling system, both a pre-cure LED and Full Cure LED lamp systems, differential shafts come standard for foil optimization, alternate web paths to deal with different label stock and automated wiping system. These changes create increased operational capabilities:
1. Embellishment of uncoated paper stock
2. Wine paper stock foiling and spot coatings for label quality and elegance
3. Simplifies operator set up of nipping, curing and stripping
4. Foil ribbon paths allow for foiling in different cross machine placement
5. Material savings due to re-insertion of foil allows for unused portions to be utilized
