New Age Industrial, an American manufacturer of aluminum material handling and storage solutions, is pleased to announce key leadership promotions within its executive team. Tom Sharp has been named President of Sales & Marketing, and Brock Miller has been appointed Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Both executives maintain their roles as Shareholders, reinforcing the company's long-standing family legacy and commitment to domestic manufacturing excellence.

In his elevated role as President of Sales & Marketing, Tom Sharp will oversee the overarching strategic vision and long-term expansion of New Age Industrial's market reach. Having previously served as Vice President of Sales while leading the Supermarket Sales Division, Sharp carries forward a proud family legacy established by his father, Bill Sharp. Known for his charismatic, approachable leadership style and magnetic personality, Sharp builds instant connection across dealer networks, distributor partners, and internal teams, positioning New Age Industrial for dynamic growth.

"Carrying on the foundation built by my father, Bill, is both a privilege and a responsibility we carry with immense pride," said Tom Sharp, President of Sales & Marketing. "Brock's technical background, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills, paired with our shared commitment to American manufacturing, give us incredible momentum. Together, we look forward to supporting our distributor partners, driving product innovation, and leading New Age Industrial into its next era of growth."

His professional path spans hands-on facility work in his youth, dedicated account management across foodservice buying groups and dealer networks, and over 20 years in Product Design & Engineering, developing custom-engineered aluminum solutions across the Commercial Foodservice, Material Handling, and Supermarket sectors.
