QuickBuilder Automation Suite˙ offers designers a quick and easy graphical method to develop and maintain their automation projects. QuickBuilder combines the ease of use of CTC‚s proven state based Quickstep language, with a graphical implementation of the modular IEC 61131-3 standard. The result is a new method of programming that emulates the way a designer views a machine. The machine operation is broken down into a series of events or states that the machine undergoes as it runs. These operations are built up graphically in the QuickBuilder editor by dragging and dropping items into the workspace. Common routines are easily saved to local or network libraries for future re-use.
