Danfoss Drives: Danfoss Drives: Variable-frequency drives

Danfoss VLTR Series variable-frequency drives are now available with power through 1,350 HP in 460 and 690 VAC.

F1 frame models deliver power to 1,050 HP in a 86.8” x 55.1” x 23.9” footprint, while F2 frame models deliver 1,350 HP in a 86.8” x 1” x 23.9” footprint. These high-power, variable-frequency drives facilitate ease-of-use by sharing a common platform with smaller Danfoss drives. Components are accessible from the front of the unit for quick, easy serviceability and maintenance. A Rittal TS8 enclosure system enables easy system expansion, while a Class A1 RFI filter reduces EMI/RFI without the need for external filters. Additional features include DC-link reactors to reduce harmonics without external AC line reactors, DC-link fuses that provide independent protection of inverters, and coated PCBs to provide extra protection in potentially corrosive environments. Drives also feature a cooling system that uses a ducted back channel to pass cooling air over heat sinks, with minimal air passing through the electronics area. Phone:
