CIP system makes cleaning fillers faster and more cost effective

There is a constant demand for uptime and cost savings to stay competitive in today’s market. The Fogg CIP System can help manufactures do just that. By touching a button, customers can actually clean their machines in place without adding or removing any hardware.

This enables customers to increase the amount of bottles filled, decrease the amount of cleaning time, labor costs, and operator contact with filling valves, which also increases sanitation. The Fogg CIP System also quickly reclaims product in a sanitary manor that enables customers to reuse the product instead of letting it go to waste.

Suntory has run the process in Japan since 2018 and will bring it to Thailand in 2028, where incoming bottle quality varies more than the Japanese stream it was designed around.
