The result of a three-party development project between CMES Robotics, Doosan Robotics, and beRobox is a new Random Mixed Case Depalletizing Solution featuring a PALTZ unit, the first of a series of standard off-the-shelf solutions integrating AI machine vision.

CMES Robotics is a manufacturer of software, and its Random Mixed Case Depalletizing features based on AI machine vision represent a perfect fit with beRobox’s goal to offer the latest technology as standard pre-integrated solutions with extremely fast deployments.

This solution could be the answer for a large number of copackers who have to de-palletize products day after day in order to re-pack mixes products cases. Through advanced AI vision and robotic control, the PALTZ unit will be able to rapidly depalletize single or mixed SKUs without any pre-sorting.

Key Features

  • Depalletizing of single or mixed SKUs.
  • Handles mixed SKUs up to 600 pieces per hour.
  • 2D & 3D vision sensors for precise detection and positioning.
  • Automated robot calibration.
  • Fast deployment.
  • Portable unit.

The aim of this collaboration between CMES Robotics and BeRobox is to launch the most easy-to-use depalletizing solution on the market.
