The machine is available in multiple formats and can accommodate cartons for small vials and bottles as well as a large center version for multiple products insertion like hair color kits, etc. All programming is handled directly through the machine HMI – pick & place is fully integrated into the machine operation and stays 100% synchronized with the machine during all times of operation. Stopping the machine or opening the guards does not require the pick & place to re-zero its place.
Available for speeds of 40-250 cartons/min. Glue or tuck closure is available.
