The Setline packs cups up to 140mm in height at speeds up to 43,000/hr., and bottles of the same maximum height at speeds up to 30,000/hr.

With the SetLine, both sleeving and case packing are performed in one machine frame, saving floor space. The machine also utilizes customized dual-axis robots which allows many counts and formats to be run (1X2, 2X2, 2X4, 4X4, etc.), as well as the ability to run varying materials such as paperboard, chipboard, and corrugated materials.
End effectors pick product primarily with grippers (rather than suction) for minimized seal integrity issues. The grippers are manipulated by robotic motion and, therefore, do not use pneumatics; this results in higher efficiencies and relatively low maintenance.
