AFA Systems Ltd.: High-speed vertical cartoner

The VC-VCA Vertical Autoload Cartoner from AFA Systems features a very compact rotary turret loading system that replaces the traditional racetrack vertical loader to allow easier operator maintenance because it has fewer parts and is at an ergonomic level.

In addition, the VC-VCA has a very small footprint to save valuable floorspace and improve operator optics during machine troubleshooting. Changeover is extremely fast with optional push button changeover. In addition, the VC-VCA has either fixed or adjustable carton carriers. Features Allen Bradley controls and servo drives on all major motors.
