Standard-Knapp: Continuous motion uncaser

A sister machine to the PakMore case packer, the uncaser’s gripper heads pick up bottles and safely lowers them into the cases, revolving around a center carousel. Equipped with Standard-Knapp’s graphic Operator Interface Screen, the PikMore is designed to run largely operator free. The majority of the machine is programmed for auto lubrication and is free of servo motors. Many of the chains that would ordinarily run the machines have been replaced with belts to create a quieter machine. All operations are timed through a trigger on the main carousel.
