Wexxar Bel, a ProMach product brand, will showcase two new solutions at PACK EXPO International in Booth S-3750—the BEL 300 XL Fully Automatic Random Case Sealer and the IPAK FS100 Fully Automatic Flange Sealer.
The BEL 300 XL brings the proven capabilities of the BEL 300 platform to larger case formats, automatically detecting incoming case dimensions and adjusting on the fly without manual intervention or changeover delays. Designed for high-mix packaging environments, the machine helps manufacturers handle multiple case sizes on a single line while maintaining throughput and reducing operator involvement. The BEL 300 platform can process up to five different case sizes simultaneously at speeds up to 25 cases per minute.
Wexxar Bel's IPAK FS100 Wexxar Bel
The IPAK FS100 flange sealer is designed for corrugated tray applications across a brand range of industries, including protein, poultry, agriculture, snack foods and other operations where packaging integrity is especially critical. The system combines a servo-driven tray advancement with pneumatic active flap-folding technology to deliver precise, consistent seal quality, while helping manufacturers reduce labor associated with improperly sealed trays. Capable of running up to 20 trays per minute, the FS100 was developed to address common industry challenges such as tray failures during palletizing, distribution and retail handling while simplifying operation through user-friendly controls and color-coded changeovers.
