Nuspark Highlights Customizable Quality of Vertical Rotary Cartoner

The VRC-60, displayed at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, goes above and beyond cartoning with loading, printing, coding, inspecting, and other capabilities compacted into a single machine.

VRC-60 is a 12-station machine where each station has a separate function, from gluing the bottom of the carton to loading, printing, coding, inspecting, and sealing the top.

Nuspark, a recent addition to Rychiger Group, a Swiss filling and sealing company, highlighted its VRC-60 vertical rotary cartoner at PACK EXPO Las Vegas. The cartoner is designed to run up to 60 packages per minute, with different sizes of bottles and different loading options from single to double to bulk. This fully automatic cartoning machine holds the cartons in place with integrated suction cups throughout the arc path of the machine friction, scuffing, and scratching between rails and cartons.
