Hi, I'm Bob Burkhart from the RA Jones Company. We're one of the Coesia companies and we're here today talking about our new market launch of the Celestion XTS top load machine. The Celestion XTS top load machine is a very reliable, flexible machine that we're now launching at the PacExpo. New offering from RA Jones where we're doing flat, converting flat blanks into top load cards.

We're in this scenario, we're feeding two blanks at a time, which we'll start to see here. He's going to feed them out. We're going to see the lower robot, which is actually a Jones design, picking the flat blanks and then feeding them to the upper robot. The, all of our upper robots are from Auto Knox. So we've just pulled the blank. We'll pull another one, shoot the glue, take it on the upper robot, plunge it in, pull it back out and place it into our new.flexible transport system.

This is actually a back off machine in its entirety and this is the back off XTS system. What's unique about this is that we are using both a leading and trailing lug which means we have total ability to just have push button changeover for the dimensional changes of the carton.

So as we move around we'll see that we're buffering up cartons. That's one of the real benefits of this system is that we have decoupled functions. Here we have the cartons buffered up. We're always ready to load whenever product is ready. We have cartons available, and as you can see, we're doing a configuration here where we're putting two layers of four into two cartons at a time.

Depending on the product size, we could be loading three, four products. It just depended on the application. Here we're doing a round product with some custom tooling to handle the loading operation. We're actually demonstrating Two flavors in this system represented by the black and the white cartons.

This could be a two different flavors of cat food. It could be tuna. But just the idea, yeah, that we know variety packs are very important to the, to today's consumers. So, so the industries that we're looking at, certainly the foods to R A Jones is a very strong and all aspects of food industry.

So yeah, anything from pouches to bars and wraps, but also something like cans. But we also do non foods industries where we're doing, projects now for customers and the consumer goods industries where we're taking multiple components, whether it be a bottle, a handle, refills, literature, we can put all those together and using this system, which is very modular. We have each of these slices is a two by three meter slice.

That's the project we have in house right now for the kits we're doing is actually 30 meters long combined. So, a lot of flexibility in the design capabilities, so.
