Simply attaching CSS International’s diverter to an existing conveyor enables bottom access to containers for base coding, printing, labeling, etc., when used in conjunction with existing print or label applications. Counter rotating belts and positive guides ensure that all containers follow a path over the conveyor edge, controlled at all times. Adjustments for different sizes of containers take only minutes, without the need for change parts.

The standard unit handles most container shapes and sizes up to 4.47 in. Variable speed drive and controls ensure the unit matches existing conveyor line speed. Manufactured in anodized aluminum and stainless steel with safety guards and hygienic sub-components to U.S. electrical codes and OSHA regulations.
