The new tray coding solution transports the flat tray blank so that these panels travel parallel to the print head and with the print side of the tray facing upward. This improves printing reliability and speed. Printed trays are then loaded with product, formed, sealed, and shrink wrapped. Contour models provide speeds exceeding 100 cycles/min.
