The changeover is completed on the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) so with a push of a button the CE-TRS will automatically adjust to the required case size. The only manual action the operator has to complete is placing the stacks of cases on the Flat Stack magazine. In addition, a Cartesian robot is used to erect the case, which eliminates tabs and pins on a magazine. This case erecting process is extremely positive and reduces inconsistent erecting due to side seam glue issues.
