A new pouch transfer machine from Key Automation & Design (West St. Paul, MN) permits plants to upgrade pouch or bag loading from manual to automatic.

The system transfers product and loads it into cartoners, case packers, buckets, or other downstream equipment without manual labor. Random infeed accepts product at rates to 250/min, depending on weight, size, count and load pattern.
