BluePrint Automation: Collation system

The Smart-Track high-speed collation system from BluePrint Automation (Colonial Heights, VA) is designed to group individual packages, present the group to the pick-up station of a robot and allow dwell time for the pickup.

This machine does not use a friction drive; that permits more flexibility along with changeover in less than 10 min. Applications include case packing of small flexible bags, cartoning of overwrapped products and case packing of packages that require support.
