Columbia/Okura (Vancouver, WA) has built a state-of-the-art facility designated specifically for testing, training, and palletizing demonstrations.

The new facility includes a fully operational robot cell that provides customers with hands-on training in a simulated manufacturing environment. It also provides a quick turnaround on prospective customer’s palletizing demonstrations with the capability to test the handling of specific products, cases, bags, and other packaging configurations. The dedicated facility includes a robotic palletizer, an assortment of end effectors, a vacuum technology center, video recording aids, teleconferencing capabilities, and a computer projection machine for group testing/training.
